North Central Chapter of the Health Physics Society

There are two options for membership in the North Central Chapter:

Individual Membership (click here for a membership application.)

Individual membership is for radiation safety professionals and other individuals. Individual members are listed in and receive access to the Membership Handbook, as well as all other Chapter publications. Individual members may hold office in the Chapter and serve on standing or ad hoc committees consistent with the Bylaws of the Chapter. Individual members retain voting rights for all routine and special ballots.

Affiliate Membership (click here for a membership application in Microsoft Word format or Adobe Acrobat format)

Affiliate membership is ideal for businesses with an interest in serving the radiation safety field. Affiliate members are listed in and receive access the Membership Handbook, as well as all other Chapter publications. Affiliate members are listed on the Chapter website and may choose to have active links from the Chapter website to their own websites. Affiliate members may choose to exhibit at Chapter meetings. Affiliate members do not have voting rights, nor are they eligible to hold office.
